Regulations requirement on duty holders: 1. Ensure all work at height is properly planned and organised, taking account of weather conditions that could endanger the safety of personnel. 2. Provide adequate training to ensure those working at height are competent to undertake work. 3. Ensure place and height of work is safe. 4. Appropriately inspect all equipment provided for work at height. 5. Properly control the risks from fragile surfaces. 6. Control the risks from falling objects.
