Floor Tape - Black & Yellow - Safety Product

Used to highlight hazards and define caution zones in industrial, commercial, and safety-focused environments. The high-contrast striped pattern immediately draws attention, signaling caution and helping prevent accidents. Unlike plain coloured floor tape, the alternating black and yellow stripes convey urgency and visually alert workers and visitors that the marked area requires extra care.

A common application is in hazard marking and safety zones. Black and yellow floor tape is often applied around dangerous machinery, moving equipment, low-clearance areas, or areas where slips, trips, or falls are more likely. By creating a clear boundary, it warns personnel to proceed carefully, wear protective equipment if necessary, and remain aware of potential risks, reducing workplace accidents and improving compliance with safety regulations.

Black and yellow floor tape is also used for traffic management and workflow organisation. In warehouses, factories, and logistics facilities, it can define forklift lanes, pedestrian pathways, or areas around storage racks. The visual contrast helps separate safe walking zones from operational zones with heavy machinery, ensuring smooth traffic flow and minimising collisions or workflow disruptions.
