Whilst the following Frequently Asked Questions answers some of the more common questions we are often posed, by clicking here you can ask us any other question that you may have. And remember, it can be almost anything - ranging from a sign's technical specifications right through to what end-user prices we recommend.
How do we open an account?
Contact our sales desk and inform them you wish to open a credit account. We will ask a few questions and your account should be opened within an hour.
Do you accept payment by credit card?
We are happy to accept payment by Visa or Mastercard. Regrettably we do not accept American Express cards
Do your prices include VAT?
No we are a distributor to business and as such all our prices are quoted exclusive VAT.
Do you have a minimum order charge?
No unlike many product distributors we do not levy a minium order charge.
Do you charge for packing and carriage?
To absorb the cost of packing and carriage we require your order to exceed £50.00 excluding vat. For orders below this amount we charge a modest £6.00 for standard delivery.
Can you provide a rapid delivery service?
Yes we can arrange for next day delivery and in some instances even same day delivery. There is a small supplement to our normal delivery charges please ask a member of our sales team for details.
When is the latest we can order from you for same day despatch?
To have your order despatched same day we must receive your instruction by 15.00 hrs. |
